Consolidated sales in December were 77.0% vs the previous year.
Sales in Japan were 60.6% vs the previous year, due to the rush demand before price hikes in the previous year. However, the arrival of the full-fledged winter season has confirmed the strength of apparel sales.
As a breakdown of sales in Japan, sales from direct sales channels, which are a combination of directly managed stores and in-house EC channel, were 79.9% vs the previous year and wholesale sales/other were 37.1% vs the previous year.
Overseas sales increased 138.8% vs the previous year.

Consolidated sales in November were 80.8% vs the previous year.
Sales in Japan were 72.5% vs the previous year. As a breakdown, sales from direct sales channels, which are a combination of directly managed stores and in-house EC channel, were 104.9% vs the previous year and wholesale sales/other were 54.1% vs the previous year. Overall sales in the direct sales channel were higher than in the same month of the previous year, due in part to an increase in the number of customers visiting directly managed stores as a result of the start of sales of new 2024 products in late November. Sales at wholesale decreased from the same month of the previous year, despite continued efforts to strengthen activities to promote store visits at wholesale customers.
Overseas sales were 98.2% vs the previous year.

Consolidated sales in October were 82.6% vs the previous year.
Sales in Japan were 79.7% vs the previous year. As a breakdown, sales from direct sales channels, which are a combination of directly managed stores and in-house EC channel, were 102.5% vs the previous year due to the fact that in-house EC channel has been recovering and wholesale sales/other were 61.8% vs the previous year. Overall sales in the direct sales channel were higher than in the same month of the previous year, due in part to sales at the autumn Seppo Festival and the full-fledged camping season now that temperatures have calmed down. Sales at the wholesale decreased from the same month of the previous year, despite the strengthening of activities to promote store visits at wholesale customers.
Overseas sales were 89.6% vs the previous year.

Consolidated sales in September were 80.2% vs the previous year.
Sales in Japan were 77.4% vs the previous year. This month, there was a record-breaking late summer heat throughout the country. As a breakdown, sales from direct sales channels, which are a combination of directly managed stores and in-house EC channel, were 86.0% vs the previous year, and wholesale sales/other were 60.3% vs the previous year. Both the number of customers visiting and the number of customers at the cash registers at directly managed stores exceeded those in the same month of the previous year, and sales at directly managed stores continued to increase, at 102.0% vs the previous year. Sales at the wholesale decreased from the same month of the previous year, although the inventory of our products at wholesale customers is approaching the appropriate level.
Overseas sales were 85.8% vs the previous year.

Consolidated sales in August were 89.3% vs the previous year.
Sales in Japan were 92.0% vs the previous year. This month, record-breaking heat waves across the country and typhoons mainly in western Japan were confirmed. As a breakdown, sales from direct sales channels, which are a combination of directly managed stores and in-house EC channel, were 94.5% vs the previous year, and wholesale sales/other were 83.4% vs the previous year. Sales at directly managed stores increased 105.8% vs the previous year. Sales at wholesale sales decreased from the previous year, although some wholesale customers made strategic sell-in progress.
Overseas sales were 84.9% vs the previous year.

Consolidated sales in July were 93.8% vs the previous year.
Sales in Japan were 93.0% vs the previous year. As a breakdown, sales from direct sales channels, which are a combination of directly managed stores and in-house EC channel, were 108.5% vs the previous year, and wholesale sales/other were 86.2% vs the previous year. Sales at directly managed stores increased vs the previous year due to strong sales in the apparel and food & beverage businesses, furthermore, to the summer camping season, sales of outdoor products were also positive vs the previous year. Although wholesale sales decreased from the previous year, we are taking measures to eliminate inventories at wholesale customers in order to recover deliveries of our products.
Overseas sales were 95.5% vs the previous year.

Consolidated sales in June were 78.1% vs the previous year.
Sales in Japan were 73.5% vs the previous year. As a breakdown, sales from direct sales channels, which are a combination of directly managed stores and in-house EC channel, were 95.7% vs the previous year, and wholesale sales/other were 49.5% vs the previous year. Sales at directly managed stores increased vs the previous year due to continued increases in both the number of customers coming to the stores and the number of customers at the cash registers, and the strong sales at the Seppo Festival. As for wholesale sales decreased from the previous year due to the lack of sell-in of our products as the distribution inventory of other companies’ brands at wholesale customers has not yet been resolved.
Overseas sales were 87.7% vs the previous year. In the U.S., sales were down vs the previous year due to the previous year’s hurdle was so high (June 2022 : 217.3%) and in Taiwan, the overall outdoor market is returning to its pre-Corona state. But sales in China・Korea are increasing vs the previous year because business in China is gradually picking up.
From the viewpoint of conveying accurate sellout information about our company, we had planned to change the disclosure to only domestic direct sales information (directly managed stores + in-house EC) from May, but in response to feedback from investors and analysts, we will continue to disclose the same information this month, too. We are currently discussing the next month and beyond.

Consolidated sales in May were 81.7% vs the previous year.
Sales in Japan were 82.5% vs the previous year. As a breakdown, sales from direct sales channels, which are a combination of directly managed stores and in-house EC channel, were 91.2% vs the previous year, and wholesale sales/other were 75.6% vs the previous year. Sales at directly managed stores decreased from the previous year due to one less weekend day than the previous year and the previous year's hurdle was high, although both the number of customers visiting stores and the number of customers checking out increased vs the previous year. As for wholesale sales decreased from the previous year due to the continued lack of sell-in of our products as our wholesale customers did not eliminate the distribution inventory of other brands.
Overseas sales were 79.9% vs the previous year. Sales in all overseas regions decreased from the same month of the previous year due to the continued lack of inventory clearance at wholesalers in the U.S., the overall market has returned to the pre-Corona supply and demand environment in Korea and Taiwan, and some delays in the business start-up in China.
From the viewpoint of conveying accurate sellout information about our company, we had planned to change the disclosure to only domestic direct sales information (directly managed stores + in-house EC) from this month of May, but in response to feedback from investors and analysts, we will continue to disclose the same information this month. We are currently discussing the next month and beyond.

Consolidated sales in April were 75.3% vs the previous year.
Sales in Japan were 63.3% vs the previous year. As a breakdown, sales from direct sales channels, which are a combination of directly managed stores and in-house EC channel, were 101.4% vs the previous year, and wholesale sales/other were 53.9% vs the previous year. As for directly managed stores, both the number of customers visiting stores and the number of customers checking out increased vs the previous year, the sales for this month increased vs the previous year. As for wholesale sales decreased from the previous year due to the lack of sell-in of our products as our wholesale customers did not eliminate the distribution inventory of other brands.
Overseas sales were 111.3% vs the previous year. In Taiwan, sales were particularly strong, up 151.3% vs the previous year.
From the viewpoint of conveying accurate sellout information about our company, we would like to change to disclosing only domestic direct sales channels (directly managed stores + in-house EC) information starting from the disclosure for May this year (scheduled to be disclosed in mid-June). In addition, we would like to hold quarterly financial results meeting to provide a more accurate understanding of our company's situation, and we will make every effort to disclose information properly.

Sales in Japan were 90.1% vs the previous year. As a breakdown, sales from direct sales channels, which are a combination of directly managed stores and in-house EC channel, were 104.5% vs the previous year, and wholesale sales were 84.3% vs the previous year. As for directly managed stores, both the number of customers visiting stores and the number of customers checking out increased vs the previous year, the sales for this month increased vs the previous year. As for wholesale sales, while sell-through at our staffed in-store format stores has been progressing at 127.0% vs the previous year in the cumulative total through March, similar to directly managed stores, overall sales at other wholesale sales declined vs the previous year.
Overseas sales were 103.1% vs the previous year. In China/South Korea, sales of apparel products were strong in South Korea, total sales for this month were 129.5% vs the previous year.

Consolidated sales in February were 76.6% vs the previous year.
Sales in Japan were 70.7% vs the previous year. As a breakdown, sales from direct sales channels, which are a combination of directly managed stores and in-house EC channel, were 112.2% vs the previous year, and wholesale sales were 55.4% vs the previous year. As for directly managed stores, continued to increase the sales as the results of the new member campaigns. As for wholesale sales, while sell-through at our staffed in-store format stores has been progressing at 120.2% vs the previous year in the cumulative total through February, similar to directly managed stores, overall sales at other wholesale sales declined vs the previous year, partly due to a reactionary decline following price hikes.
Overseas sales were 93.2% vs the previous year. In the U.S., sales were 72.7% vs the previous year due to continued inventory adjustments by wholesalers.

Consolidated sales in January were 99.2% vs the previous year.
Sales in Japan were 101.5% vs the previous year. As a breakdown, sales from direct sales channels, which are a combination of directly managed stores and in-house EC channels, were 139.1% vs the previous year, and wholesale sales were 74.6% vs the previous year. As for directly managed stores, sales continued to increase compared to the same month of the previous year due to last-minute demand prior to price increases, signs of a recovery in inbound demand, and strong New Year's sales. Wholesale sales decreased compared to the same month of the previous year due to sales from new store openings in the previous year, despite the last-minute demand.
Overseas sales were 92.1% vs the previous year. In the UK, there was a temporary impact from the collection of inventories from business partners due to a review of business partner credit. From this time, the notation has been partially changed as follows.
Sales in China were included in sales from South Korea last year, so this year we are described as "China・South Korea"
The UK subsidiary conducts business throughout the EU, so it is written as "UK (including EU)".
